Nicolet Plastics, Inc. (NPI), was established in 1986 in Mountain, Wisconsin. Phil Hartman, owner of Hart Tooling and Engineering, had an established business manufacturing molds for the plastics industry. Hartman, recognizing the need for an injection molding facility to compliment the mold building capabilities, founded Nicolet Plastics with Flip Hartman and Bob MacIntosh.

Today, NPI comprises a 41,000 square foot production facility in Mountain, as well as other facilities in the area. NPI's Total Product Solutions^TM approach is unique to the industry, providing
