Current Openings – Jackson, WI:
Responsible for starting up machines, keeping machines running, mold set-up including all secondary equipment. Assist with creating a culture of accountability and customer first attitude.
Standard work: 1- Respond to machine alarms, 2- Start presses, 3- Complete changeovers 4- Assist with Material Handling duties, 5- Cover breaks and/or Operate Presses as needed.
Responsible for performing various manufacturing processes; including safely operating machines, assembly and kit packing, and daily interaction with the ERP system. Ensuring quality and productivity standards are met as well as providing assistance to production team members as needed. Also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area. Assist with creating a culture of safety, accountability, and customer first attitude.
Standard Work: 1- Follow PCP for quality and packaging requirements 2- Operate machines and secondary assignments to the quoted cycle time 3- Communicate with Quality Personnel, Process Technicians, and Production Team Leader regarding product quality and job status 4- Count, package, and label product for shipment per customer requirements.
Current Openings – Mountain, WI:
Responsible for: shipment and delivery of prepared products to customers within specified due dates; ensuring the accuracy and completeness of orders.
Standard work: 1- Pick & load orders for customer delivery 2- Deliver customer orders & vendor pickups 3- Schedule maintenance/regular upkeep of tractor/trailer to DOT standards. 4- Unload truck and receive in needed items. 5- Other warehouse duties
Working alongside Process Technician, Lead Process Technician and Engineers, install molds and dies as well as secondary equipment and materials. Responsible for removal of molds, dies and changeover activities as part of the Setup Team. Ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are being followed. Assist with creating a culture of accountability and customer first attitude.
Standard work: 1- Setup presses, 2- Help with material as needed, 3- Run press as needed, and 4- Clean.
Responsible for performing various manufacturing processes which includes safely operating machines and use of hand or power tools. Ensuring quality and productivity standards are met as well as providing assistance to production team members as needed. Assist with creating a culture of accountability and customer first attitude.
Standard Work: 1. Follow PCP for part & material information/verification 2. Perform 15 minute checks when applicable 3. Collaborate with Process Technicians regarding product quality and job status 4. Count, package and label product for shipment per customer requirements 5. Trouble shoot production number variances
