Current Openings – Jackson, WI:
The Metrology Engineer is responsible for developing and executing precision measurement strategies to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure product quality. This role programs and optimizes measurement equipment, analyzes data, and ensures compliance with industry and customer requirements. The Metrology Engineer also collaborates with customers to align on measurement methodologies, correlate results, and resolve discrepancies. Additionally, this role oversees the calibration program and provides technical expertise to internal teams to address dimensional challenges.
The Process Technician Level 1 is responsible for starting up machines, keeping machines running, mold set-up including all secondary equipment. They will assist with creating a culture of accountability and customer first attitude. Standard work: 1- Respond to machine alarms, 2 – Start presses, 3 – Complete changeovers 4 – Assist with Material Handling duties, 5 – Cover breaks and/or Operate Presses as needed.

Ensuring quality and productivity standards are met as well as providing assistance to production team members as needed. Assist with creating a culture of accountability and customer first attitude.
