Current Openings – Jackson, WI:
This position is responsible for partnering with Coaching Resources and team members to deliver exceptional Human Resources support that promotes engagement, compliance, operational excellence, and a positive team member experience. This position serves as the primary resource for payroll, benefits administration, HRIS administration, policy interpretation, employment compliance, audits, team member relations, and day-to-day Human Resources support while helping Coaching Resources make informed people decisions aligned with Nicolet Plastics’ Mission, Values, and business objectives.
The HR Business Partner provides guidance and coaching to Coaching Resources and team members, ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies, maintains accurate HR records and systems, and continuously improves HR processes. While supporting recruiting and onboarding activities, this position focuses primarily on maintaining exceptional team member experiences throughout the employment lifecycle.
Flexibility to work additional hours beyond a standard 40-hour work week and/or adjust work schedules as necessary to support our 24/5 manufacturing operation.
Retrieve materials, supplies, and components from warehouse and transports to production area; mixes base materials and colorants; prevents cross contamination by cleaning dryers, grinders, loaders, mixers, and other material handling equipment. Monitors production floor and verify material handling equipment is functioning properly and has enough material to keep machines in production. Maintains clean and safe work areas around the presses and in the warehouse. Assist with creating a culture of accountability and customer first attitude. Standard work: 1. Monitor production floor to ensure material handling equipment is working properly, and nothing is running empty. 2. Prep material to support production. 3. Complete all necessary tasks for material changeovers. 4. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, material handling and production areas. 5. Maintained shift to shift communication with all necessary personnel.

Standard Work: 1. Follow PCP for part & material information/verification 2. Perform 15 minute checks when applicable 3. Collaborate with Process Technicians regarding product quality and job status 4. Count, package and label product for shipment per customer requirements 5. Trouble shoot production number variances
