Current Openings – Jackson, WI:
The Process Technician Level 1 is responsible for starting up machines, keeping machines running, mold set-up including all secondary equipment. They will assist with creating a culture of accountability and customer first attitude.
Standard work: 1- Respond to machine alarms, 2 – Start presses, 3 – Complete changeovers 4 – Assist with Material Handling duties, 5 – Cover breaks and/or Operate Presses as needed.

Retrieve materials, supplies and components from warehouse and transports to production area; mixes base materials and colorants; recycles packaging materials. Assures FIFO and material identification are maintained. Ensure materials and components are received for production use. Assist with creating a culture of accountability and customer first attitude.
Standard work: 1. Monitor production floor to ensure material handling equipment is working properly, and nothing is running empty. 2. Prep material to support production 3. Complete all necessary tasks for material changeovers 4. Maintain clean and safe warehouse and material handling and production areas 5. Shift to shift communication with necessary personnel
Responsible for performing various manufacturing processes; including safely operating machines, assembly and kit packing, and daily interaction with the ERP system. Ensuring quality and productivity standards are met as well as providing assistance to production team members as needed. Also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area. Assist with creating a culture of safety, accountability, and customer first attitude.
Standard Work: 1. Follow PCP for quality and packaging requirements 2. Operate machines and secondary assignments to the quoted cycle time 3. Communicate with Quality Personnel, Process Technicians, and Production Team Leader regarding product quality and job status 4. Count, package, and label product for shipment per customer requirements.
